I have been renting a storage shed with Storage King Helensvale for 12 months now and I have been incredibly impressed with the facility, ease of personal access, security, all staff and their professional manner who have a prompt willingness and knowledgebase to answer queries. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great storage facility.

I've been renting since may 2017 , I moved to Sydney and I need to store what I had left of my home contents , my girls toys , trampoline their pool etc until I found a home in Sydney, the staff are amazing they have helped with every problem that has arisen they work above n beyond what they should it's peace of mind knowing my treasured positions are safe n dry n not being damaged or stolen as I've had this happen quiet a lot, but here at storage king helensvale I know it's all safe n I have no need to worry , thanks helensvale staff its five stars from me .

Outstanding service!! Facilities are modern, clean, secure and accessible. But what really makes Storage King, Helensvale excel is their friendly, competent, approachable and professional staff. The Manager, Leanne is an asset to this company. She goes above and beyond for both the company and the customer. We have been with Storage King Helensvale since March 2015, and have never received anything less than a professional and reliable service with peace of mind my treasured possessions are in secure hands!!

Leanne Michelle make storing things at Storage King feel like storing in the family garage. Nothing is ever too much for them, they always go the extra mile to help you or make your storage time extra easy for you. The site is kept pristine, the security is second to none, with rolling CCTV on all levels, and individually alarmed units/garages, which helps them to see exactly what is happening in all areas at all times. Moving in and out is so easy, with two oversized lifts to get you up to three other levels, providing a much easier and affordable option for those on a budget. AND the free truck, with hydro lift was a 100% life saver. I started searching for storage options with much anxiety over money and affordability, but Leanne really bent over backwards to give me an amazing deal that exceed all of my expectations. Finding SKH was a literal dream come true, or answer to prayer! I only wish I could afford to stay forever, as it will be very sad to leave this lovely facility on move out day. I have stored our furniture at Helensvale Storage King for 11 months and have found the Units to be clean and dust-free. Access is easy. Personnel at the front office have been very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

Storage King Helensvale has great facilities and Leanne is so helpful and pleasant to talk to. Having use of the Removal Truck is a bonus. The storage spaces are clean, items are safe, easy accessible and use of the trolleys makes life so easy. We would recommend Storage King Helensvale to anyone wanting to store their items.

Would recommend Storage King Helensvale to anybody that needs storage short or long term. Brad and Leanne made moving in and out so easy with their friendly and helpful attitude and advice. Access to and from the storage unit and the use a truck and trollies etc was so convenient and easy.

The service at Helensvale Storage King was fantastic! Brad and Leanne made our job very easy. The truck service is amazing....what would have taken us many trips took us a little more than half a day. The premises are very clean and tidy and seemed to be very secure.
